American Horror Story Season 6?
The marketing strategy for Season 6 of AHS was to lean in a familiar horror sentiment, keep people on their toes. Revealing the theme for each upcoming season of AHS became part of the appeal for fans, but we decided to create a different experience this time around where we used different horror tropes to provide the illusion of possibility. The goal was to generate curiosity and conversation, which became a fever pitch leading into the season premiere. In total, 24 misdirect teasers and 17 pieces of art were created along with a digital and social campaign all about jump scares and the element of surprise. This campaign won a Grand Clio for Integrated Marketing among many other awards.
